chiapasStudio allows for a variety of data sources. 
Mapping involves selecting an element, sub-element or overload from the heirarchy tree on the left, highlighting a mapping row on the right, and pressing the 'Map' key. Likewise, clicking on mapping rows that are already linked will jump to the correct position on the left automatically. 
The specifications are maintained by the tree editor contained within chiapasStudio. Elements and overloads can be maintained as needed. Entirely new specifications can be entered from scratch, ensuring future business needs are met with newly emerging HIPAA Implementation Guides. 
chiapasStudio allows live encoding and decoding. Chiapas supports HIPAA syntax checking and displays results of the latest decode operation in a graphical error pane. |
